We’re looking for a Telecoms Installation Engineer who is fully competent, flexible and should have initiatives. A solid technical background in telecommunication is a must as well as having good commmand of English. Arabic language knowledge is preferable. A valid Bahraini driving license is a must.

You will be resposible for installation, testing and commisioning of VoIP platforms. You will also be deploying hosted voice solutions to customers. You’ll learn and understand obstacles as they arise and train customers on how to use the product in person.

Ideally you’ll have a background in IT Networking or experience in Telecommunications hosted services. Further knowledge in network infrastructures, routers and/or broadband and experience installing PC hardware onsite could be ideal.

You’ll be working face-to-face with customers so communicating clearly with a high level of energy and enthusiasm will be needed. You’ll need to explain information clearly and patiently to customers in a professional manner.

We are looking for an experienced technician to help support the ICT infrastructure and provision for our clients.

Applicants should have good experience and knowledge of all aspects of hardware and software associated to a network including switches, cabling, wireless provision etc. They should have a flexible approach to their work and be happy to support school activities outside of normal working hours.

We provide placement for our customers as part of our AMC agreement and as such you maybe be positioned at client location for periods of time.

The successful applicant will work under the direction of IT Systems Manager.
